We told him that we were novices when it came to mattresses and he spent time educating us on the different types to ensure that we chose the best mattress for us, having regard to our requirements and budget. The price you pay for the products are sometimes not reflecting on the quality of the product

I was asked to take away with me recycling bags which were quite heavy with the duvet and pillows. I had to leave half the goods and come back for them another day.
