Dreams - New Cross

Due to lockdown did order all over the phone with a lady called Gina - really knowledgable, gave good advice and fun and friendly to talk to. An asset to dreams I should imagine

I spoke to the online chat who further helped me on the phone& gave me such good advice especially on my new mattress which to be honest I didn't know much about. Gina was so professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable& this defiantly helped me pursue a purchase. Thank you for your patience& help!

Whoever i spoke to was really kind, I’ve been dying to buy a bed for years but my mum would never let me!!! Finally an ottoman that’s pretty and spacious!

I was having problems with making my payment online so I rang up. I didn’t have to wait for long to speak to the correct person and she was so helpful and quick that my order was completed in less then 5 minutiae.

I used the web chat to start with and was out in touch with Gina. Gina was super helpful in advising me on products suitable for my mum who has only recently returned from hospital after having a stroke. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She allowed me time to think on some of the suggestions she made and provided greater explanation when needed. When I then decided to place the order I contacted Gina by phone and discussed my wishes with her. Overall it was a very pleasant ordering experience. My mum is looking forward to a good night sleep from next week!

The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and because I was buying a pillow for my partner and was unsure of which one to go for it led me to calling the lady at the New Cross Gate branch 3 times, but she was very helpful indeed.
