The staff members was very friendly polite and informative. Mr J Barton was understanding of our budget and what we were looking for and he didn't rush us to make a decision. Overall a very good hexperience.

THE GRAVESEND MANAGER PHONED THE STORE THE DAY BEFORE TO SEE IF THEY HAD A DISCONTINUED BEDSIDE CABINET. THE MANAGER (ISH) CONFIRMED THEY DID, AGREED A DISCOUNTED PRICE AND PUT IT BUY FOR ME TO COLLECT THE NEXT DAY. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT JAMES WERE BOTH VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND IF THE STORE WAS CLOSER TO MY HOME I WOULD DEFINITELY USE IT AGAIN.

We felt confident in the information that was given to us by the sale person called Ish. He was polite, had a great sense of humour which made us feel at ease when purchasing from him. He also helped us pick a good mattress to go with our bed and informed us fully on the other promotions in store

I went to Dreams in New Cross to purchase a mattress. I was met by Ish who introduced himself and asked how he can help. I asked him to show me the 1000 spring memory mattresses. He asked what my price range was I told him as he was showing showing the mattresees my eyes caught a beautiful bed frame . I asked Ish about it and he took me upstairs and showed me a more beautiful bedroom set . I needed a the bedroom set anyways but had planned to buy it elsewhere. I was very indecisive. Luckily the store wasn't very busy . I kept apologising to Ish for taking so long to decide on my purchase. He reassured me that I was not a bother I can take as long as I want. To cut a long story short Ish was very patient and helped me with my purchase. What I really like Was the time he spent helping me and also he didn't put any pressure on me to buy. I think he is a wonderful sales person which anyone working as a sales person should have.

The assistance provided by the customer adviser was perfect.
