Dreams - New Cross

I have saved a long time for this looked everywhere and was thrilled to find just what I wanted James was extremely helpful and very pleasant as was his collegue whose name escapes me at the moment. I have to say I was like a child at xmas after my purchase as I explained to James I have had no bedroom furniture or carpet for 6 years now due to circumstance but now Iam over the moon your staff are lovely and I hope to enjoy my purchase for many years and start saving for more of the collection.

I saw your big sale ad online when I looked for a super king size sleigh bed frame. Then saw Aspen bed frame model and colour suited me perfectly. Then your enquire line staff told me it was discontinued, but they were very helpful, told me that a few stores may still have the stock on display, and will sell it off. I called many shop, and the New Cross Gate shop had one, but my husband did not want to go. Ash was the one answered my phone, I later found out he is the store manager. He emailed me the photos of the bed straight away and told me that they have a perfect Tempur Original 21 on sale. I went to the store, and he told me some bed side cabinets as well, and showed me 2 good one. I bought that as well. I hardly have time shopping, but when I do, yes, I would like to get more things on one trip, and Ash helped me to buy more things with his great service. I think with good sales people, people do buy more things, and I am very happy. All my friends are the same, they will buy more if the service and price are good.

The assistant was friendly and helpful but gave us plenty of space to discuss our thoughts as a couple. He was helpful with sugggested other products but wasnt pushing for us to purchase further items. We were well informed by the assistant on the different products and were pleased with the speed at which delivery was available.

James was brilliant and then manager was very good and funny.

Ish was brilliant he was honest and pleasing to the eye. He demonstrated the mattress with myself which was brilliant and a good laugh. He made us feel very comfortable although he showcased the most expensive pillow and matress but it was worth it. he made us laugh all the way to the door and the sales person was also friendly.

Speedy but courteous service. Giving me time when I needed it and offering helpful advice and support.
