I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing. I knew the product I wanted to try and that I might like to buy. I approached James to ask where the bed I wanted to try was located. He was very polite and helpful from the start. After viewing the one I'd seen online, he showed me some similar ones based on price and size, and explained the build and benefits of all of them. Thanks to his guidance I made a choice there and then (not the one I'd seen online) and bought the product in store with James. He was patient with me, and efficient at taking the order. The whole experience was very positive.

The assistant was welcoming and professional in his knowledge and selection and explanation of the said product I needed.

Fantastic service from Atta in your New Cross store today, understood my needs and guided me to the correct mattress. Cup of tea was a great touch too. Could not ask for more in a sales rep, not pushy left me to lie down and not feel pressurised

customer service advisor was very helpful and understanding. did not rush us and answered all our questions and showed us many alternatives. engaged with all of us and reassured us to try beds out first which helped in decision making.
