My husband and I were really happy with the assistance of James, from Dreams New Cross Gate - London. He was very helpful and knew a lot about the products of the store. He stayed with us for the whole time, showing different options and he didn't stop until we were completely satisfied and happy. Having to furnish my flat for the 1st time, I must say that it was an extremely good experience, thanks to him. My only complaint is in relation to availability of certain products, like linens in the store. There was VERY limited stock even for the basic white linens! Overall, I am really happy with the purchase and ESPECIALLY the assistance given by James.

We had fairly specific requirements because if limitations on space in the flat and James was very helpful in us deciding on the most suitable bed and mattress

I have been buying my family beds with Dreams since 2009 or earlier, and have always returned to the New Cross branch due to the personal service received. The staff have always been helpful once I tell them my specific needs, and so far, I have been offered exactly what I came in to buy. Recently we moved to another flat and I needed someone to re-assemble one of the beds I had purchased previously from the branch. I went there with this request and I was connected to the person who will now come and re-assemble the bed for us. This is what I call after sales service.

We were consulted by James in the New Cross Gate branch who sold us an amazing bed and a Tempur mattress. He was very helpful, understanding and patient with us, explaining everything and considering our individual needs. We also spoke to the store manager a couple of weeks before that, who was the reason we came back to that particular store with the new idea to buy a tempur mattress instead of a traditional cheaper one. Generally very happy with the experience with Dreams so far.

I went to Dreams in New Cross Gate knowing what I wanted. I just needed to check if I was eligible to do the financing. I had to go with my toddler son as I had nobody to stay with him. Atta, the person who helped me, quickly gave my son a ballon which helped him get distracted throughout the process. Atta also explained to me with details everything that I was paying. He was very nice.

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and not too pushy assistance. Also seemed to have the right amount of choice to make a good comparison without feeling overwhelmed.

Was promptly assisted and my needs were rightfully assessed by the sales assistant at the store. The mattress looked really good in store, let's hope we feel the same once it arrives
