Dreams - New Cross

We knew the bed frame that we wanted but needed advice on the type of mattress. We were asked whether we wanted a firm or soft mattress & were shown a selection of mattresses to try without someone hovering over us. We were offered the opportunity to physically view that bed frame just to make sure it was appropriate for our needs. We felt very relaxed & the entire process from walking into the store was so easy & Atta was so helpful & guided us through the whole process with such ease, we really couldn't be happier.

I had several things that had to be dealt with even though on this occasion I was only buying a mettress. James understood and accomodatedmy needs exceptionally well

The customer service was highly professional and friendly and he seemed to have read my mind to know exactly what I wanted.

The person who served was very friendly & helpful. We were lucky in that we were the only customers at that time, so he was not under any pressure.

The assistant was very helpful

James the assistant made us feel at ease as soon as we walked in. I'm 6 months pregnant and he was very considerate to my needs in the store, as well as what support I would need from a mattress.

We called into the New Cross branch to look for two single beds for our spare room. We were met by Sylvia who was very helpful. I explained that we wanted to take advantage of the 50% sale but that we would not be ready to take delivery of the beds until early September. Sylvia explained that this was not a problem, accessed availability for the two beds, took our details and payment. Sylvia then explained that there were some duvet covers and pillows in a clearance section of the shop. We went across and she found two single white duvet covers that had been reduced from £44.99 to just £5 each! We were very happy bunnies!!

I attended the old Kent road branch and I was greeted and welcome as soon as I came I was offered a cold beverage which was pleasant as it was very warm that day. I knew what product I wanted already as I had previously been in store to see it. Silvia the store assistant that help me was an absolute star. She told me all the benefits of the item I was after as well as explaining the different between guarantee and warranty which was insightful, she didn't rush me whilst I was discussing the item with my partner and gave us 100% attention and answered all our questions clearly, in an understandable way and telling us the measurements to ensure the unit would fit.She even took time out to show us which matresses we were potentially after and explained what type of benefits they offer.Over all I was very happy with her assistance she made us feel very welcomed and we ended up inviting her to our wedding. Was a great experience and one I will definitely want to experience again at dreams.

We were served by Atta, who was extremely helpful and polite. He was very patient with all my questions and did not rush us into making any decisions. He offered helpful advice about the mattresses and even blew up a balloon to keep my 5 year old daughter entertained whilst we were paying and completing paper work.

The sales assistant, James was extremely attentive, friendly and was very helpful in our choice of beds without being pushing.
