THE SALESPERSON LISTENED TO MY REQUIREMENTS,EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT MATTRESS TYPES , SHOWED ME VARIOUS OPTIONS AND PRICES AND THEN SPEEDILY COMPLETED THE SALE WHEN I MADE MY DECISION.HE THEN ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY.

The store assistant, James was very well informed about the products, and was able to advise us about which would be the most appropriate for our needs. The customer service experience we had was excellent.

James was extremely helpful - his product knowledge was very good. He was friendly and engaged well with us. It seemed that he knew the best sales approach with us and interaction was very natural - I would employ him, so I hope that he has a reasonably senior position!

The colleague we dealt with offerred the right amount of information, both what we asked for and other information she thought relevant to our selves. there ewas no hard sell and what she attempted to sell to us was very relevant to our needs, so very helpful.
