The dreams colleague Atta was highly knowledgeable and gave excellent service. He was friendly, polite and professional. It is unusual to receive such brilliant customer service and was unexpectedly good

Joe (Joseph) was so friendly answering all our questions. He showed patience, excellent knowledge of the products and was not trying to push us to make any decisions - and I really appreciated this. He was so courteous and polite and gave us lots of choices when it came to choosing the right mattress. The contributory factor in why I was highly satisfied with Dreams was solely due to the Dreams representative named Atta. Atta was patient, personable & guided me through all the options available leading up to the purchase that I made. Initially I found it difficult to make a decision because I was interested in so many of the different products in store. However, Atta was able to demonstrate for me all the unique features on each product that I was interested in and was able to assess each product to my specific requirement. Atta listen to what I was saying which was essential for me because I needed that additional assistance from Atta so that I was able to make the right decision in the purchase of the bed/mattress tailored to suit my individual needs. Atta was attentive & he demonstrated this by having a full working knowledge of the products and was professional in delivering this information and with that providing an excellent customer experience that I will never forget.
