Staff was very helpful and tolerate.

I did not have to wait for too long. The officer displayed knowledge of what he was selling clearly. He was friendly and respectful.

I have bought bed from dreams before and the product is extremely good. I came back and I think I have got same productsize , and great services. I am very pleased.

Atta the sales person who served us was very polite and understanding. He answered our questions and had patience to take us through the sales process to ascertain our needs.

James the sales associate was very helpful, understood our needs very quickly. Showed us exactly what we were looking for and advised us to try something on the opposite end of the spectrum to our preference. Thanks

We were looking for a mattress as we bought a new bed. After making some research online we wanted to test mattresses by Sealy. They turned to be fine but thanks to James' expertise and knowledge we found the one that suited us better, hopefully :) Now we have 30 days to try the mattress which is another good thing about buying from Dreams.

i went to look for linen for my little one. Though there were none in the shelf, Atta came ro my rescue by showing me some linens which was ex displayed. i became so interested in them as that was exactly what i was looking for; the prices were also reasonable. far below what i was going to spend.Was very satisfied

Atta was very helpful, I asked him what was considered the best mattress with value for money and quality and he recommended a few options he also recommended his personal best in the range of what it was I was looking for. He did so and gave me time to test the mattresses and let me be and then closed the sale in a professional and friendly manner.

We werelooking for a specific bed and we very quickly found the one we wanted at a good price and we knew it would be worth it because every bed we have bought from Dreams over the years has been very good.
