Dreams - New Cross

I found the bed frame I wanted online but I wanted to pay cash. I went to my closest store 15min before closing time and was seen to and sorted out with 10minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly in dealing with my request.

We were served by James on this visit. He was very knowledgeable about the product, explaining different things about the materials and how different levels of softness could help you sleep or stop it. He was also very patient; we dallied quite a bit, a few times trying out the same bed multiple times but he was very reasonable and just helped us make the best choice we could.

Customer service man was very good and understanding.

Ian who doesn't usually work in this branch was great gave us the best deal he could. He was also very apologetic for the wait we had whilst he dealt with another customer. Gave us great advice and we will be returning

We are highly satisfied with service since we are the first costumer we don't have to wait for the assistance, the person who assisted us was very polite, knows the product very well that they selling and offering a lot of option to choose from to make our decision easier and quicker.I can highly recommend this branch to my friends when purchasing the best quality beds.

James was very helpful and took time to understand what we wanted. He gave us alternative options of matresses to make sure we knew what was available and the differant types before we decided. He was the only member of staff there and managed to provide a great service even though there were a few people waiting to see him

Visited the New Cross Gate store looking for new beds. The Dreams employer Atta was very friendly and helpful informing us of the differnce in the mattresses firmness etc. Received great customer service and did not feel pressured into buying the wrong product and was even offer a beverage, which was really appreciated. Have brought from Dreams before so know that the beds chosen will be of good quality and standard.
