I was served by Gina who was very friendly and knowledgable. She asked if I'd been to dreams before and explained how the beds were colour coded by type. She also gave me a coffee. She quickly processed my order and explained all the additional services available including the returns policy and insurances available.

We walked in. Were seen to right away and directed to the section we required. The assistant Atta helped show us the best features to suit our needs.

James was really helpful when making our final purchase, answered all our questions clearly and with ease, and took the time to understand our preferences when helping us select pillows and duvets.

The service we received when we arrived, then on our follow up visit to purchase was great! We were acknowledged by Atta when returning and everyone was very helpful in store.

We got a pleasant greeting on entering the store. As a customer I was glad to be left to browse. I had several technical questions about the number of springs and many other points. I was happily surprised by the knowledge of James. When we had tried a few I'd narrowed our choice down to two, so I was again surprised when James showed us a bed which was far cheaper than the others and was so much better. He seemed genuinely concerned our needs were fully met. He was excellent at understanding our storage needed and showed us even more options we knew nothing about. We also got a cup of coffee. We could not want for a better shopping experience.
