James, the sales assistant who helped me, understood my need to leave me alone trying the product and allowing me to make a decision on my own without being pushy. He showed me around the shop and helped me finding what I needed.

Gina- a customer advisor,welcomed me from a big distance as soon as I entered the store,asked me straigtaway if I needed any assistance,gave me her full suport and even offered me her private car as a mean of transport free of charge.She managed all that .My mattress found its bed same day.

I then asked for some assistance and was escorted to the various beds and mattresses relevant to my needs taking into account the various sale offers. I was highly satisfied with knowlege and help I received from ATTA, but not with the waiting for the computer system which was processing previous customer order. I had to wait about one hour to get my order in. Computers had to be re-booted in order to put the order in

James and the team were fantastic during our visit. James product knowledge helped us find our ideal products in less than an hour. The team were on hand to entertain our toddler whilst we deliberated, and also offered us a cup of tea in bed! Couldn't have been a better shopping with experience.
