The salesman was very kind and helpful and made it a very easy shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable about all the items in the shop and he let me try all the mattresses I was interested in. He was very able to help me come to a decision on which mattress to buy given the information I provided . Based on my experience with this salesman I would highly recommend this dreams to friends and family. Mr Atta is surely an asset to the dreams company because his customer service is magnificent.

It was a very wonderful experience for me in terms of customer service, i started looking for the bed 3 weeks before i actually decided to buy it. I walked in the shop for the first time, while i was on my own just looking for a good looking bed and affordable. the magnificent GINA came to me and she changed gave one of the best customer service experience i have ever had. she made me try different beds different pillows with exactly the explanation i wanted. she advised me according to my back pain and my nerves issues. When I came back to buy with my wife she noticed me straight when I walked in. She was able to remember everything about my initials preferences and what we spoke about that day. She was not pushing for something expensive to made me spend more money. she advised us both my wife and I exactly what will be suitable for us. She was really patient and warm-welcoming THANK YOU GINA

Thanks to his expertise and clear explanations, we were able to reduce our options very quickly and make an informed purchase. Upon learning we were slightly over budget he very graciously offered us a reduction which was extremely appreciated. After ordering, we phoned the store twice to confirm delivery and payment of balance. We spoke both times with Gina who has also been exceptionally friendly and efficient. Well done Dreams, it's rare these days that a big store gives such a satisfactory and enjoyable experience, it felt really personal.
