Was highly satisfied with my visit because of the staff that served me made me feel comfiitable

Gina was just brilliant. She greeted us warmly. Offered to help. Listened to what we needed and provided lots of options but guiding us based on our feedback. She was polite, friendly and highly professional but with a good personality. A great combination. There were a couple of issues (assembling the bedroom furniture and being out of stock on some sheets) which she found solutions to. She was an utter delight to deal with.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all - which immediately puts me off making a sale. Also the other sales lady was good at occupying our 3 yr old!

The lady who served me was very friendly and when I asked for a higher valued item which was not really what I wanted she pointed me to a medium bassed price which was a dreams product.

The assistant was so helpful as i had no idea what kind of bed i wanted to buy and i was on a budget. she was approachable, friendly and didn't rush us into making any decisions or try and talk us into spending more than we could afford.

The service by Atta at the New Cross branch was second to none. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about dreams products. We only popped in to get an idea of what my mum might like and how much my mother would need to consider spending. However we ended up buying a bed, pillow, mattress cover and were extremely impressed by our experience at the store. Although it was very time consuming it didn't feel like a chore. We were looked after, offered tea/coffee and didn't really notice the time factor. My mother is disabled and walks with a stick, she required a low bed with a medium mattress and Atta was very clear about what her options were advising us of the beds to consider which made it far easier to make a decision when at first we didn't have a clue. Very good experience, we will recommend family and friends use Dreams for their purchases particularly at New Cross.
