I am highly satisfied with the my Dreams experience mainly due to the quality of service I received from the staff at the Dreams showroom in New Cross Gate, but in particular the help I received from Gina. No request was too big or too small. I was given expert advice on all the beds I tried, I was never hurried into making a decision, and all the staff remained pleasant, cheerful and helpful no matter how long I took to arrive at my choice of bed. I was even given refreshments! The whole experience was so relaxed and considerate it was like shopping in the comfort of my home. I shall recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I was buying a new mattress for my son for his new bed and I was a bit nervous about getting the right bed for a good price and the lady Gina gave me really good advice and was patient with me. I asked about a lot of different beds but on her recommendation my son and I decided to choose the mattress that she pointed out what was at a good price, she also advised to get insurance which meant the cover that I wanted I could get for free. She also made me a cup of tea which I thought was a lovely touch to her service. I went into the shop thinking I would leave with nothing and came out really grateful and happy that I had finally found a mattress for my son who is 7 for the next 8 years of his life with confidence and also relieved after spending hours online and also going into various shops to now know he are happy with what we bought. I cannot thank Gina enough.

Gina is wonderful, she was very helpful and patient. Despite we arrived late, Gina was very welcoming, she took us to try different mattresses and talked us through different types. She was very accommodating with us because my mom doesn't speak much of English. She was also very professional in sorting out of the financing with zero interest rate credit. There was technical delay in system, but Gina managed to resolve the problem. She is amazing. We enjoyed our experience with Dreams.
