I explained that my son had a back problem. Gina was very patient and understanding of the situation, as I was buying. Him a present of the bed. I was very pleased with her help. I have never bought someone else a bed before and she helped me make a choice that I was happy with

Gina was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the store. She very knowledgeable of the products, understood what we were looking for and made several suggestions for us to try and select from, even giving us tips on best way to test the comfort of the mattress in store. When we picked the mattress up days later, we were recognised and again welcomed to the store and assisted to load the bed. This was the final store visited during our search for a new bed and wished it had been the first, it was pleasant experience!

The assistant Gemma was really friendly, had a good knowledge on the mattresses I needed. Also her supervisor was brilliant- would definitely visit again, as I am due a new bed myself.

Tha assistant had a very good knowledge of all the mattresses that we tried, there was no pressure and she listened to our comments. I was impressed at the knowledge of the products and advise that she was able to give us . Well done Gina

The shop assistant, James, was very friendly, even offered me a cup of tea, and helpful. I'm very happy with the help I got and ended up buying the mattress, even though it wasn't even what I went into the shop for (!)
