The sales assistants were wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly - they made the whole experience very relaxed. They gave us information about all of the different types of mattresses and really took on board our personal needs, but I was most impressed that they were not pushy or overbearing, and knew when we needed time to look around on our own.

We arrived late to the store on a Monday evening with about 20 minutes left until closing and were met by Gina who told us to take as long as we needed, offered coffee and tea and explained how we could try the beds and directed us to recommended possibilities. Gina then gave us the space to try the mattresses at our leisure offering helpful guidance and advice without ever being overbearing or trying to push the sale. She was helpful, friendly, informative and made the experience of choosing a mattress an easy and pleasant experience. Great customer service.

Gina offered us help as soon as we walked through the door, to find a mattress which we originally went in for. Then we enquired about a bed frame as well. We felt that she knew the products very well so we decided to buy the bed frame from Dreams too, which was not our original intention. The sales man James was extremely friendly, helpful and was very knowlegeable about the beds and the mattresses and all of the products. We had a fun time picking a bed with him.
