Dreams - New Cross

I absolutely loved the sales person Gina - she was very friendly, informative and always tried to get a good price for us and was not pushy (unlike most sales ppl i encountered). She allows us time to try out different matrrass, duvets, pillows and even walked with us to look at the different sheet how it look like in a pine/oak bed in the display rooms. She even offered a cup of tea and even offered a ride (which we friendly declined) to deliver the newly purchases pillows and beddings. We took a long time to try out but she was very patient and helpful

As soon as I walked into the store (new cross branch) I was approached and very well assisted with my purchases. Gina and Atta were both absolutely friendly and had a very good knowledge of the product. Both took time to explain the products and gave you sufficient time to make a decision. Customer care was over an above what I have ever experience. Well done to both of you. Due to the length of time I was in the branch I was offered tea, coffee or water my Gina which I thought was such a personal touch as well as the use of names. Excellent treatment.

Over the course of two days I spent a few hours choosing the right mattress for me. I was with James (validation code 118) at the New Cross Store. James gave me all the time I needed to be sure I was making the right purchase for me and did not try to influence my decision. He was very patient, even after 1.5 hours of me trying all the mattresses in store and then changing my mind. Once I made a decision I went back a couple of days later to be sure, and I changed my mind again. I had no idea how difficult it would be to find the right mattress. Everyone in store was friendly and helpful and offered tea and coffee, I was there so long :-). I will definitely use New Cross / James again for my future purchases. I hope I chose the right mattress... it comes on the 5th May. I love the idea of the 40 night trial to be sure. the reviews on your website for the Flaxby 5000 I have ordered are not good, so fingers crossed.
