Gina who was helping us to choose a mattress and explaining all about the mattress was absolutely wonderful, better she knows the meaning of empathy, very important when you are selling. She made us feel comfortable. She brought a pillow, the best, for us to try the mattresses. She gave us attention. She treat us with respect. She was very helpful.

Atta not only highly knowledgable and friendly but even though i hadnt been in the shop for almost a year, he still recognised me, and even remembered that it was a pillow that i had last bought and asked how it was going.

The assistance at the shop was very professional and friendly. There was a wide selection of mattress and we had the chance to try all of them before taking our decision. We are very satisfied.

We visited this store twice. Once to peruse what was on offer and then we returned to place an order a week later. On our first visit we spoke to Gina who immediately recognised us, remembered what issues we were discussing previously and immediately put us at ease by offering us tea and biscuits!Throughout the order process Gina ensured that we knew and understood all aspects of our order and offered impartial advise on duvets which we really valued compared to some stores which just try and push their own brand as hard as possible. Fantastic customer service! On top of this, the store was cool, clean and tidy although perhaps a wider range of linen would have encouraged to take advantage of the 30% off offer more.

Products arrived in excellent condition at the time stated. The member of staff Gina was very knowledgeable about the products, very friendly, always smiling and ensured she knew exactly what our requirements were before selecting and suggesting products for us to look at.

The assistant Gina was really polite friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She took her time helping me and there was no pressure. Her knowledge of everything was really good and she even makes a good cup of tea or was it coffee lol. Superb service.

As soon as we got in the door we were greeted and offered a hot beverage. We were then shown a few different products in order to establish the kind of thing we wanted. Then we were shown a few more items similar to that. Staff knew what they were talking about and were very happy to help.

After browsing for matresses on the internet, we were interested to go to Dreams. We were received by Gina who was really nice and helpful, and we were impressed by her customers' skills. We bought an excellent matress which was in a good deal.

We were well looked after and given all the information needed to make a correct choice

The customer service was outstanding, they explain to you in detail the credit facilities available and they even made us Tea.
