Dreams - New Cross

I was left alone to try mattresses out when I asked to be..just given information about the colour coding which was useful. Gina offered assistance a few times but was never hovered, never overbearing or pushy. She helped me decide to choose the cheapest out of the two I had come down to, saying that if it didn't suit, I could swap it for the more expensive one in 40 days. Good idea! She was friendly and relaxed all the way through and not only gave good advice, but a mug of tea too!

Gemma was excellent with her customer service. I have been a retail trainer for 8 years in top educational institutions and i can say the service today was exceptional.

Gina from New Cross shop was really helpful, provided us drinks and took time to understand our need and introduced us several different choices, we spent enough time try on each one mattress and made our decision finally. The service was really good, Gina was extremely friendly and know the different type of mattress. We are happy about the service.

New Cross Store- (validation code 118) Gemma and Manager were definitely the reason for our purchase as they spent quality time with us helping us make the right decision on a Tempur mattress. they were extremely accommodating, offered us tea and coffee and were not pushy.

Gemma was friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. She was able to offer recommendations and enable me to make informed decisions. My son particularly was happy as she made him feel part of the selection process and Dreams experience.

The asisstant in the shop, Gemma , was really nice and very helpful , absolutely excellent customer service from her - she's an asset to your organisation

The sales assistant's product knowledge was brilliant, and she had a lovely attitude towards our children. The only problem was the card payment machine, which wasn't working properly and took a little faffing to get working.
