Dreams - New Cross

We were welcomed just shortly after our arrival to gave us explanations on the different types of mattresses according to the colours and where to find them all around the shop. Gina, our Sales Assistant, was very friendly and not too pushy, which was a good fact. She offered us hot beverages. Whilst trying out a couple of the mattresses, we got hung on to one particular. Gina came across with two pillows to give us the opportunity to try out the mattress even better. We had questions to the different sizes a d prices as well as the delivery options, to which she respondeded clearly and competent. When we decided for our mattress, she went through all details with us, explained to us on additional options we may wish to consider, and booked the closest delivery date for us. The purchase went on fast and smooth. Delivery went well. We were informed s day ahead and in the morning for a more precise two hours time slot. The delivery team came on time and carried the mattress to our flat (top floor stairs), placed it on the bedframe for us. We have the mattress for over a week now and are very happy with it. We can agree with Dreams - "Because your sleep matters". Thanks a lot! :)

Gina was excellent in every way, we came with our 2 small children and I felt like I was in her home, offered tea while we did the paper work and was so accomdating with our children, providING ballons and even playing with them, they loved her and so did we and all of this while providing me with product information, financing options and testing beds. The most hassle free large purchase I've made in some time. 5 stars to Gina. Mt feedback re price is not a negative for Dreamz but who is honestly highly satisfied or even satisfied to part with >1k!

I had a good idea of what I needed when I came to the store, but when the saleswoman heard my particular problem, she was able to guide me to a much more suitable solution for my needs.

Helpful and knowledgable

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. Staff knew her job inside out and was very friendly. She was courteous and very patient. She had answers for all my questions which I was pleased with. Where the product I wanted was not available she phoned other stores and was willing to make sacrifices to have the item picked up and brought personally for me. She was excellent in her sales talk and she made suggestions that made my purchases a lot easier. She truly is an asset to Dreams and I hope she is made fully in charge of the New Cross Gate Branch someday.

I was served by Atta, a gentleman that talked through the various options in store, very helpful as he did his best to match my budget. I visited the store on the 7th of may first, as i wanted to think about it i went back on the 8th. The mattress was sold out, but amazingly Mr Atta, he found one on another store, the manager went to pick it up for me and delivered to my place. I'm highly satisfied . Regards Tiziana

As a deaf customer, a guy (forgot his name) was very helpful and we communicated through a pen and paper to ensure I understand everything. I like the way Dreams labelled the color codes - the difference type of mattesses. The downside is that payment instalment had to be over £500. The one I brought was just below £500. This need reconsider to those people who have finance problems.
