The service that we had from Atta was absolutely superb. He was knowledgible, informative and guided us expertly through the products available to suit our needs in order for us to make our purchase. A delightful experience which is all to rare these days. We will certainly be recommending Dreams to others thanks to the experience afforded to us by Atta.

Very helpful and knowledgable

This was a very quick visit to buy a bedsheet. This was easy to find on the shelf, as the range of sheets were all clearly marked. The assistant who approached me pointed out that there was a'2 for 1' offer' and the price was already low because of the sale. So I paid less than I was expecting to and got the item twice. It fits on my bed perfectly. The whole visit to the shop took less than 10 minutes, as on this occasion I wasn't looking for a bed (Though I had bought the bed from Dreams).

The Sales consultant was very friendly. She also remembered me from my last visit and gave good advice.

Gina your assistant in the New X shop was very helpful and funny too. Very nice.

We were served by a wonderful and product knowledgeable lady at Dreams New Cross Gate. She was extremely cordial, enthusiastic, energetic and displayed positive behaviour and willingness to help.

I went to your store in New Cross to buy a mattress. The lady, who was assisting us (her name was Gina) was just fantastic. She has a great knowledge of the products she´s selling. We have tried several mattresses to decide which would be the best for both of us and she really helped us to make our minds up. She´s great and I´m impressed! Well done to her !

The staff was accommodating having time to tell me more about the product. She is a great marketer.
