Staff had very good knowledge of the product, stayed overtime to look after me. the mattress fills very good. I think you should give free pillows when you purchase a new mattress

I visited a Benson for beds the day earlier, and received no assistance, and was unhappy with the mattresses we tried. Visiting Dreams the following day, my partner and I were both impressed with the assistance we received, starting from choosing the ideal mattress within minutes of walking into the store, to quickly choosing the bed that ticked all of our check boxes.

The assistant Gina who helped us today was very friendly, knowledgable and gave us very good advice about the products we were interested in without being at all pushy. Excellent customer service.

The shop assistant was very welcoming as I had two kids with me one of them a toddler who wouldn't sit still she was really patient with her n even offered her some games she played on the I pad I was really happy with the way she entertained her and she offered us a glass of water as soon as we entered the shop as it was really humid that day I was very impressed

The lady who helped us, Gina set an example for customer care as far as we were concerned. She was passionate, knowledgable and listened to our needs. We met her last time we came to the store and was one of the primary reasons we chose to shop at Dreams.
