The colleague was friendly, attentive and listened to our needs. She took us to the beds we had said we'd like to see, she described the differences between types of mattresses, once we'd decided on the frame we wanted and gave us plenty of time to try out the ones we liked best. She also offered us a drink water and processed our order in a professional manner.

Our assistant Jade was wonderful, informative and friendly. Made buying a bed an enjoyable experience.
