Gina helped us to find what we wanted, spent time comparing out prospective purchase with a product from another store and fully understood our needs. We bought a mattress and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was exactly what we had been looking for, we had not seen a similar product anywhere else and its availability saved us a great deal,of time and effort

My selected item wasn't in store when asked to collect the next day due to an error made by the size I wanted, but Gina who attended to me kindly offered to deliver it home personally because I a problem of coming to the store to collect the item and she kept to her promise. I really was surprised she offered to go out her way to do a door to door service. She is one of a kind and very committed to her job.

Gina, was knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service skills, offered us a drink n welcomed us into the store.

I am highly Satisfied because the item I needed was there and was on offer so I was able to purchase it. This is the third time I am buying the same item knowing that it is good for the value. The service was also good because I was rushing to work.

Jade the adviser, was so hands on it felt like I bought her along to help me shop. She was very supportive and helped review all the choices I made and narrowed it down to one choice. She went on to inform me of the 40 days exchange if I'm not absolutely satisfied.

Felt like I was the only person in the store and all my question were asked and I left with a bed

The customer service was extremely friendly and approachable. They instantly pointed me to the product I was seeking and gave me a complete rundown on all its benefits. The price was reasonable and along with a further discount, the attendants processed with my payment with efficiency and friendly small talk. I left the store feeling very fulfilled in my purchase and would definitely recommend Dreams New Cross station branch to all my colleagues and friends.

Had a rough idea of what I wanted but after looking around and talking to assistant Jade chose a different item. Each time I have visited the store whether it be to browse or buy the assistants have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They give information about offers but never try to push you into buying, which would immediately put my back up and I would leave. If it is a hot day they offer water, if it is cold a hot drink. They make you feel like family.
