Dreams - New Cross

The product on offer was initially purchased by a friend and after gathering some information did ring the store and was requested to come over so that I could pick what was on offer. The staff were polite and courteous and were kind to take me to the place where the display was. I was given a much needed explanation and this encouraged me to go ahead with the purchase.I did buy two items and did return one of them due to the choice I had made and there was no problem in the refund as it was the Head office that was supposed to refund the payments made. I am totally satisfied and it is a dream coming true when you visit a place that such kindness,courtesy and a professional conduct is maintained by staff throughout the process from start to finish. Thank you to the team and all I would suggest is that they, " Keep it up".

The hospitality was good I was offered a drink and staff was knowledgeable about the products.

The sales lady knew what she was talking about and answered our questions straight away. Very friendly and helpful.

I liked the simple colour codes led me to my choice and how many of that type the store had. I also liked the posters around the store listing the different types Gemma the assistant explained them and led us to a good choice.

I didn't quite know what it was that I wanted, but Gina the shop assistant basically guided me through it. Listened to my needs and laid out the options in front of me. Its rare you get that level of service these days and I was actually really impressed.

Staff were happy to let me browse and helpful when I asked any Questions.
