Jade the sales assistant was knowledgable and personable

The assistant knew her stuff and gave us good information about the goods we were going to purchase. very polite, pleasant to talk with, offered tea or coffee, explained the different quality's and finishes of goods.

Gina was very friendly providing refreshments during stay helped with rapport and ease of communication. Product knowledge was very informative and helped to make an informed decision. Knowing the quality and content of materials was an incentive to our purchase decision.

Staff is very friendly and feel warm when talk

On our first visit we were given excellent advice from Gemma, no pushy sales technique. She understood our needs and was knowledgeable on the options available in our price range. We returned a week later purchase the item and were met with great customer service.

The shop offer a wide range of good quality products on the display. The visited branch had many visualizations and arrangements and very good staff.
