Gemma was very helpful and patient. - I was not sure what I wanted and apparently hard to please (I tried so many mattresses!) But Gemma was very helpful and welcoming, making the experience more enjoyable rather than a chore! She was very knowledgeable of the products and services and did everything she could to help. She also remembered me when I returned the next day with my boyfriend (who I felt should also try the mattress before I bought it..) All of the staff were very attentive and made sure we were OK, offering us tea/coffee/water. The store is very hot, so water was very much appreciated!

Friendly and good natured on Bank holiday weekend

i went to the store looking for a new bed and the staff were very professional am looked after me and helped me choose the correct bed for me.

Gina was very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. She explained the range of mattresses to us and answered all our questions, but also stepped back and gave us some space while we tried out different ranges, appearing to add an additional comment when required. We arrived at the shop not knowing what we were looking for, but left very confident in our decision.

She was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. She was friendly, welcoming and clear with us. Lovely experience, she really does her job exceptionally well.

We were greeted by a staff member in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival. When we requested additional assistance Jade was extremely helpful and her product knowledge was outstanding. Jade assisted us after listening to our requirements and was very professional, left us to browse but was always available to answer questions. I felt that we were treated as part of the family and were welcomed. We have attended other brand stores and can honestly say I'm glad we found Dreams instead - service could not be better.

Jade was extremely helpful and really tried her best to find and suit our needs. Product knowledge was excellent. Although there was a problem with taking money the problem was efficiently and easily sorted at another branch by Gena who was also equally helpful good overall teamwork and continuity of excellent customer service.

Gina was efficient and understood my needs for a small bed due to small room. Showed me multiple options and detailed price breakdown. Also provided refreshments.

As soon as I entered the store with my five year old daughter, a lovely girl called Jade approached us and offered to help. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and immediately gave me confidence that she knew what she was talking about. She was also very patient and understanding with my little girl, who was very excited. Another lady called Gina (I think) stepped in approximately ten minutes later and very kindly offered us both a drink and proceeded to entertain my daughter (we were the only ones in the shop) while Jade talked me through the various options and, later, the finance. They made the whole experience completely stress free and actually a fun and joyous one. I was not even planning to buy a bed today, just shop around, but I fell in love with the one Jade suggested and had to have it there and then. A great experience, and I would definitely recommend that store to friends and family.

Jade was extremely patient and helpful. She spent out of work hours to complete the order and also paid undivided attention to my requirements, doubts and questions. One small feedback, the swatches were not available which made selection time and process very long. And I am still not totally sure on the color of the sofa bed I will receive. The main reason to visit the store was to get the color feel but it was not possible as color swatches were not available.
