Gina the seller was fabulous, she was very professional, she clearly knew what she was talking about regarding what she was selling. To be very honest I didn't had the intention to buy the item that day, but I was so well impressed with her ability to understand my needs that I made the purchase. Fantastic experience and for sure will return.

We went to New Cross Dreams. Looking for new bed for my 2 teenagers. Gina was healpfl,friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't pressure us to hurry. With her fantastic advice, we got surer comfy mattresses.

We were approached the moment we walked into the door. Asked if we wanted a drink which was lovely. Had assistance and they answered all our questions. And managed to find what suited us for our price

The assistant was very helpful. She explained everything i needed to know and more. She was very patient with me because it took time to decide which item to choose. She went the extra mile with her help which made buying the product quite easy.

Gina the sales lady was very clear in explaining the various products. She added a personal touch to the conversation by mentioning how she uses a Dreams mattress herself but was objective in clarifying pros and cons. Overall Gina was very attentive, patient and helpful.

The service was exemplary and the goods were exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

When my wife and I entered your shop I only anticipated looking at what you had on offer as I did not see that our main bed needed replacing as I had no problems with it. I was more interested in finding something suitable for managing the visits of our grandchildren who are growing out of our bunk-bed provision. Your sales-lady, GINA and my wife managed to persuade me, almost painlessly that we really did need a new 'king-sized' bed without delay. Promising that your people would deliver the new bed and dispose of the old one I agreed and am sending this euphoric report on the expectation that the bed will be as good as promised and that its installation and the removal of the old one will pass without a hitch

when i went to the dreams store i was immediately welcomed by the members of the staff. Gina promptly offered us welcome drinks and if i needed any help. after choosing the bed frame she showed me all the options available for the mattresses. I'm very satisfied with the service and Gina managed to answer all my questions . i will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends
