Dreams - New Cross

This is the second time I have visited Dreams in my local area, both times the staff have been incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. I am really glad I managed to come again today and get a bed in the sale, since the first time I came, although the beds were lovely, they were a bit out of my budget, however today, I think I got a really good deal. I can't fault the experience at all.

Very friendly member of staff and with sound knowledge of the mattresses on offer. Satisfied with the mattress quality, eventhough the delivery date was later than we hoped.

Very fri badly staff, knew all about all products and gave great guidance and went above and beyond to deliver the product

The assistant Gina was very helpful. I was worried about the mattress being carried up o my loft conversion and she explained to me the mattress could not be bent but suggested if the delivery guys had a problem she would suggest an alternative mattress. As it happened there weren't any problems and the mattress is now in my loft conversion.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at dreams store today about the way the staff treated me , assisting me in making the right choice of bed. I am also happy about the cleanliness of the store. The staffs are friendly and good too. I'mean so pleased about my visit to dreams today. All thanks to Gina.

I experienced the full depth of sales pitch moulded with positive reinforcement and rationale for every element of the package bought. I was made to feel rewarded for the higher end of my budget and given an iron clad assiurance of total satisfaction with a cop out clause if I developed any reservations after the purchase. I can honestly say the staff member, Jade, and her manager, were 100% driven to fulfil my needs with reassurance and the best quality I will doubtless ever experience as far as sleep is concerned. I will be the best advocate for any personal recommendations sought by my peers and friends for the remainder of time, and I genuinely feel satisfied before even taking delivery of the product. Kudos Dreams, you provide wonderful choices, attractive prices and most definitely, quality to drool over.

The dreams girl Gemma was very helpful in everything. Gemma answered all our questions and gave us great satisfaction. I would ask for Gemma to assist us again when shopping at dreams again.
