Gina did a great job explaining different options for mattress purchase during my earlier visit when buying the previous bed/mattress combo and was very helpful during this visit as well.

The store was very nice and clean. It was also big an offered a lot of products within the range, including some of the latest products that are not available elsewhere yet! The store customer support assistant Gina also very lovely and helpful. She offered us drinks to make our visit more comfortable. When I tried lying on the mattress and it was cold, she also noticed and offered to close the front door. I find her knowledge of the products excellent and very insightful. She knows them very well and was willing to offer help whenever we needed them. However, at the same time, after giving us the initial introduction about the store (e.g. the different range of mattress available, what they are etc), she really allowed us the space to tried them for ourselves and not bothered us. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would certainly recommend this to our friends and family members!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Staff member Jade showed us the bed options and helped with placing the order. Everything was swift and smooth, and our bed is scheduled to arrive on Wednesday

On our arrival to the shop in New Cross Gate, we were met by a very smiley and friendly Gina. The first thing she did was offer us a cup of tea and then proceeded to give us very in depth information about the type of mattresses on offer and what we may want to look at to suit our needs. She then left us to browse and was immediately on hand to answer any questions and take our order. Our whole experience was flawless from the cleanliness and organisation of the store to the friendliness and professionalism of the store staff. Absolutely fabulous!

Gina was very friendly and very helpful what a great woman to be working for dreams and Gina stayed late as we got there at 7:30pm and she didn't rush us to place or order or to rush us out the shop well done Gina

I visited the Dreams shop in New Cross Gate right next to the TK Maxx. It was a lovely Sunday afternoon and I was really in need of a mattress, looking to take one home that day. From the moment I walked in the door the salesperson Jade was extremely helpful and friendly. I explained what I was looking for in a mattress and she showed me the options that meet my criteria perfectly. Any questions I had about the technicalities of the mattress, purchase and warranty were explained promptly and succinctly. Not only that but Jade was really kind and made my shopping experience quick and easy. A big thank you. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff

Jade was very thorough with explaining the different options that were available. When a mattress that I was interested wasn't available in the store, she was able to bring a colleague over to give a personal endorsement. She remembered me from when I'd come in earlier to the store, and was able to pick up the conversation again and complete my purchase.
