Dreams - New Cross

I thought the staff were friendly and knowledgeable - without being pushy (compared to another store I visited on the same day - where the assistant clearly didn't know what she was talking about...) The thought of buying a new mattress was daunting at first but my experience at Dreams was reassuring. Thank you.

I was worried about going shopping for a mattress on a Sunday but I found the store nice and quiet and Gemma assisted me for hours until I found the right mattress, she was knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Once I chose my product she also assisted me in finding the best option for delivery according to my needs. I have yet to try my mattress and see if it good but the experience in store exceeded expectations.

The assistant was really helpful & gave us useful advice as well as her own personal experience when choosing a mattress. She also went out of her way to entertain our 2 young boys which was greatly appreciated.

Atta was helpful without being pushy, gave us all the options, made us a coffee, allowed us to browse around without hovering around us putting us under pressure. I felt that I knew he was there when we had made our decision or if we needed more information.
