Gina, the shop Assistant was fantastic. She was on her own at the shop, but had time to deal and pay an excellent attention to every costumer.She was super helpful, and accommodating, with great knowledge, explaining all details of the products as well as recommending and advising me on the most appropriate options for me. Great costumer services. Thanks Gina.

Gemma was very friendly and helpful. She approached us and provided advice, but gave enough time and space for us to make an informed decision without feeling rushed or ignored. She gave us tea and was a lovely member of staff.

Jade was so helpful and friendly, she was the reason that I came back to the store to make my purchase. She was patient and had lots of life advice as well as advice to help me make my decision!

The colleague was brisk and was highly knowledgeable of what he was selling. I was very impressed. He also recommended a better product (bed) to me. The recommendation was highly needed as it could prevent a problem I had for years. He recommended the pocket mattress which won't destroy because the springs hold to together. I was satisfied with the product.

The service received by the sales assistant was great however there were none of the beds I wanted on display which was no fault of the sales assistant.
