Gina and Gary were excellent, they were friendly, helpful explained each bed/mattress we viewed. They asked if there was any more information we required about any item. We were offered tea or coffee just after arriving and when placing the order. Could not fault the service we got.

We went to Dreams to buy a mattress to replace one that was very old. The Dreams colleague, Jade, took time to explain the different types of mattress and to advise my son of the type that would be most comfortable for him. We did not feel under any pressure time-wise and she gave us good advice. We were able to buy a suitable mattress at the sale price, which we were very pleased about.

The store sales lady Jade was very approachable and gave me good advise on the products and also home care, for example how to make the mattress last longer and comfortable. Her customer service is highly recommended by me. She made me feel relax whilst shopping, she gave positive recommendations that made my shopping easier.

Amazing service by gina from 118 store and great product knowledge

I went on Sunday morning, day that usually people prefers to stay at home rather than working. As soon as I entered the store, Jade (who was actually cleaning the floor), approached me and offered me her help. I said I was just looking (as I wasn't sure if I was going to make up my mind) and for a couple of minutes I checked mattresses by myself. Then I went back to her and I asked for help, I explained what I was looking for and which one was my budget. She understood and straight away showed me the best product for my needs. Jade offered me advise in a very helpful way. I could not take it home by myself so the manager said she was happy to deliver it for me after work. Payment was fast and the overall experience was simply great.

Gina immediately approached me entering the store and offered a cup of tea, very welcoming start! Clear expert knowledge and was able to listen to my needs/criteria and come up with two solution to choose between which made the experience MUCH more easy than I anticipated (with a store packed with mattresses!).

The staff member who assisted us (Jade) was really helpful - she took time to understand what we wanted, showed us where we could find what we were after and then left us to browse after letting us know where she would be if we needed help. It was also really useful that she used her experiences of owning dreams beds to advise us on delivery fees etc. we felt very listened to! Thanks!
