Gemma was fantastic, She is an asset to your company. Very friendly, funny, and relatable but she also had a huge amount of knowledge about the products and mattresses. My two sons have benn poorly and became a little bit frustrated, she was wonderful with them offering them sweets, giving them pencils to draw and also being playful and silly. I honestly don't think we would of purchased the bed if it wasn't for her.

From when we entered the store we were greeted by Gina who was outstanding in helping us choosing the right product in a professional and knowledgeable way

Gina made a point of checking she understood what I needed, and made me feel confident she would be looking out for me by getting the best possible delivery date. I'm really happy with the way she quickly followed up on that a few days later, with a date much sooner than we orgunslly thought might be possible.

I was also able to take my time to try out the mattresses in order to select the most comfortable and suitable one.

Both of ladies who attended us (Jade and Gemma) were very polite, gave all information necessary to make our choice, they didn't rush and gave us able time to think about our decision from the beginning until the end of the purchase with patience. Very pleased with the visit and purchase.
