Jade in the New Cross shop was really helpful, very informative and a pleasure to speak to. Gina was extremley helpful during my visit and managed to find a mattress that suited me and my partner. She also went out of her way to ensure the matress was delivered before Christmas thanks Gina! She also made it clear that dreams is a company that basically wants to improve your sleep and recommended an app for me to use to track my sleep to then ensure we get the right matress for the best sleep. Get customer service, enjoyable experience.

My husband and I walked into Dreams in New Cross and we were straight away welcomed from a beautiful smile of Gina. We new already which mattress we wanted: Tempur. Gina gave us a tour around the shop making us try every single mattress telling us every detail of it. She also took the time to tell us how it was born the company Tempur.Very interesting. After one hour we decided to go for it.We also bought the pillows, mattress protector and the fitted sheet. We were very happy when we left the shop because we dealt with a very knowledgeable Gina who make our dream comes true.

Friendly, professional staff who were able to answer our questions. We were given time to test each mattress and did not feel pressured to buy when we said we'd return after checking out other options nearby.
