Dreams - New Cross

The member of staff Gina, was very helpful and fully understood my needs. All members of staff there on my visit were very friendly.

We came to buy a mattress today because I saw online that there were sales. I'm very glad that we visited the store rather than trying to buy the mattress online. The person who helped us, Jade, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. She took the time to ask us about our needs and make recommendations as well as giving us space to try out different mattresses. She helped us to make the best choice for us and I feel that we will be very happy with the mattress once it is delivered. Jade also helped us to select the best mattress protector and was able to advise us about which pillows we might buy in the future and our options for trying out and returning the mattress. The whole staff were welcoming and friendly to everyone who came into the store. They offered everyone help and went the extra mile to offer tea and coffee to the adults as well as balloons and pencils for drawing to small children. I know from experience how difficult it is to shop with small children so I was impressed. Overall- brilliant staff and a good selection of mattresses.

Highly satisfied due to the amazing customer service given to us by Gina, this is the second time we visited this store and the reason being we feel that Gina and the other staff make us feel welcome, they are knowledgeable about the products, they take time to explain things and they are not pushy at all. Brilliant team and we will be going back again soon for our third purchase!

I was served by a lovely man named Joe at the New Cross Gate branch... upon entering my family were offered tea and biscuits which was so nice. My granddad was made very comfortable as he waited for me to decide. Joe was super helpful, had great product knowledge and spent lots of time explaining what products might suit my needs best. Couldn't have had a better experience. My mattress is perfect and I have many comfortable sleeps to look forward to!

The Dreams sales team were fantastic, knew the products very well. Remembered me from previous visits to the store and did such a superb job at listening to me, making me feel welcome and establishing rapport.

Gina, was so professional and had a great knowledge of all the beds, the service was fantastic.

As I walked into the shop, a sales assistant, Gina offered me a drink and then proceeded to help me with what I was looking for. She was extremely pleasant and was able to help with any questions I had.

We had previously purchased products from dreams and had been pleased with the quality and service we received. We used Dreams again and were provide a very good service by the sales assistant Gina, who provide all the information on products we required, was very friendly and has since provided great after sales customer service in re arranging our delivery date.

Gina warmly welcomed us. She gave us time to browse and was knowledgeable in regards to the products. Gina left us alone and wasn't harassing in her approach, which I appreciated very much.
