Jade, the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and gave us what felt like the best advice for our needs, rather than advice to get us to spend the most money possible.

The lady who initially contacted me was extremely helpful and Mr Atta was very efficient and did not try to oversell things (he did suggest mattress insurance, but did not push it too hard when it was clear I would not be buying it).

Great sales assistant, Jade, was very friendly and informative. She provided a clear explanation of various different types of mattress, her own personal recommendations and opinions which enabled us to make a highly informed decision.

This is my second visit to this store and I have always found the service to be top notch, I have always walked away very happy

All the staff were ready to help and we were offered a drink on arrival. Jade assisted us and was really helpful, informative and above all very friendly and personable but not in a pushy sales way. She had a good knowledge of products in store.

Gina was incredibly helpful in not only deciding which mattress to get but also the whole team there were very friendly and helpful. Gina deserves a special award for excellent service!

Jade and her floor assisting colleague ( a young man, of whom I recall not his name) were exceptional. I was offered, and recieved a beverage upon entering (by the unnamed young man) and was subsequently looked after by Jade. She was very friendly, supportive and convivial. We wondered next door to Harvey's to explore the alternatives, but upon entry, and after but a few minutes, decided that, despite comparable products, the service at Dreams was to be returned for.

We were approached immediately with smiles by several staff. Jade looked after us and made sure we understood and was happy with our product even though my husband and myself had conflicting needs ... she helped us to come to a mutual decision... we did go to another shop but they were far from helpful and very unprofessional...I think every staff member at dreams offered us a hot drink, smiled and laughed and took good care of another customers children, which touched my heart.

The person who helped us was very knowledgable yet not pressurising.
