The advice given was very good and I was able to try 4 beds before I made my decision. I also purchased a tempur pillow which was used during trying each bed. the assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I brought my bed base from Benson for you Beds and i went back to them to purchase a mattress. the store assistant's service, presentation, knowledge, friendliness was significantly poor in comparison with Gina. I was also please to see a mixture of ages and cultures amongst the staff team. i purchased a bed from dreams over 10 years ago and asked Gina if this mattress was still in stock (RUBY-combination TEMPURA) at the time i could only remember the mattress was called RUBY. Gina went to ask a longer serving member of the team about the ruby and to my surprise they were able to give me the overall specification and show me similar products. i left the store with a whole lot more knowledge of mattresses than i had when entering the shop. genuinely pleased!! well done Gina and team!! she was also very friendly with my baby who had just woken up at the end of the transaction and took extra time to blow up a balloon and give it to her. this was despite another customer waiting for her assistance. she actually multi-tasked between us really well, never leaving one of us waiting too long!! Welll Done GINA!!! TOP GIRL!!!

Very friendly helpful service all round

I was welcomed on arrival and offered a cup of coffee (excellent) and after explaining what I was looking for shown a range of beds at acceptable prices and allowed to test the choices I was looking at.

Gina was really knowledgable and paid loads of attention to our needs and helped us to find something we liked
