I am so satisfied of the service at the Dreams because I had two children and it is not so easy to focus on explaining of the products, they helped me a lot. They been so helpful to explain me the different kinds of payment.

After a terrible experience visiting your TCR branch we looked online and found that you had the range we wanted to look at. So we went to your New Cross branch and found it a 100% improvement over TCR. Gina was a great help and talked us through what we should be looking for and which ones to try.

Jade and Joe were absolutely wonderful. I only came into the store as my mother was treating herself to bed, whilst she was with a Jade I took a slow walk around the store and took a browse. I asked Joe one question and that was that I came out after purchasing a bed for myself, which to be honest I needed one anyway. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to your store.

Was really pleased with the service which we received at the store in New Cross, the staff immediately knew what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. The girl who helped us, "Jade" was the friendliest and most helpful store assistant we've ever come across and made us feel so valued, clearly explaining the payment options and offering us a drink whilst we waited, she had such a charm that we left the store smiling. Thank you Dreams and thank you Jade!

There was a problem with the online/it department and the store assistant spent 20 mins trying to print off the confirmation. But I have to say the way the store assistant felt with the problem was fantastic. He kept me fully informed at all times.
