I was very happy with the staff very welcoming and happyto help,one member of your staff his name is ATTA we explained what we was looking for he went on the computer put in our details it show them last bed we had brought he then showed us the beds that would be right us so very helpful and answered all our questions with his help we got there right bed we will be returning again when it's time to purchase a bed again.

The sales assistant Jade was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the products. Everything felt of good quality.

Gina has great customer service skills and as soon as I walked in was ready to help me out, and pointed me towards a selection of beds for me to try and see which ones suited me best. Also assisted my grandma in helping her find a topper for her mattress to help support her and make her more comfortable.

The customer service provided by Jade and Joe was totally professional and friendly. They were both welcoming, very helpful and put me at ease. They answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Their knowledge of the product was very good. Jade explained the terms and conditions, delivery and collection policy in a clear and concise manner. They are both a credit to your company.
