Dreams - New Cross

New Cross Gate: Jade was invaluable in helping me navigate the extensive range of products. I needed a full bed set and Jade patiently explained the pros and cons of every item to ensure that I got what I needed. She understood my requirements immediately and I placed a number of orders safe in the knowledge that I had the right products. I hate shopping but Jade made it easy and, in context, enjoyable. Gina was also most helpful, they make a good team. Definitely recommend ;)

We found the customer care from Gina to be topnotch. As soon as we walked in the door she offered us a cup of tea and helpfully explained the different mattress types to us with excellent knowledge. She then followed up the support throughout our visit with further helpful information.

Jade was really helpful, made us a nice cup of tea, gave us all the information we needed without being pushy. Her colleagues were all friendly and accommodating too even thought we were late into the shop and were probably keeping them from getting off home. All in all a very pleasant and easy experience.
