The customer service advisor was so professional with quality service. The whole process was so quick with satisfaction. And the business environment was friendly. I couldn't have bargained for more.

VERY GOOD SERVICE AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE FROM THE ASSISTANT (GINA)

We came into Dreams in New Cross looking for a high quality mattress. We were greeted by Gina who offered us a tea and offered to talk us through the different products in store. She gave us plenty of time to try out the products in store. We found a bed that we liked but wanted to go away and have a think, again Gina was perfect at giving us the time that we needed with such a lovely manner that 20minutes later we were back and ready to get the bed we originally liked. Gina was superb at taking about the different divan options and setting up a delivery, doing everything she could to accommodate our wishes. We couldn't ask for anyone better.

The level of customer service given was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to be charming and helpful.

Our lady - Gina - made the whole experience pleasurable from start to finish and never once gave us the impression we were taking too much time to decide and that include testing then re-testing a good few mattresses. She was so knowledgable - honestly i learnt something today. I would not hesitate to tell friends to go to that branch and would definitely tell them to ask for Gina

I have never been anywhere to buy anything And been greeted the way we was as me and my family walked through the door Very pleasant staff was offered tea or coffee my 3 year old sone was able to play on a tablet at the desk and was occupied by one of the members of staff while me and my wife went off looking at beds with another collegue We walked away very satisfied customers with a smile on our faces apart from my sons whom wanted to stay
