Dreams - New Cross

Gina who has attend us was absolutely great. I arrived at the shop and didn't have an idea what I liked. She had the most amazing knowledge about all the products. She explained the difference between them and helped me to choose the best option for myself. The shop got a bit busier while I was making up my mind and she had an impressive way to manage finishing with us and help other people. Not so easy to give attention to everyone at the same time. Finance scheme was very clear and suited my needs. When I couldn't find the duvet cover I had liked, she manage a way so I could get that in the next delivery. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family . There is nothing I would suggest to improve it, as I'm very happy with everything today.

The customer representative was excellent. She took the time to understand out needs, explained the differences between the various options, and offer advice. We did not feel at any point we were forced into a decision. She was extremelly helpful.

Type of thing I dread, going to a shop to make this type of purchase, particularly on weekend! Anyway the staff made it simple, easy and no pressure! The bonus was I got home in time for the football! Would go again for sure

the woman at the new cross gate store was lovely and very helpful, she made us tea and even offered to drop the mattress at my house after her shift
