Gina was very helpful and gave us a good explanation of the layout of the shop where to find the different products and their quality also once done with description she allowed us to go around after recognising that we needed space to have a look she gave great explanations on the different products once we had further questions and even moved a very heavy rolled up premier memory foam materas on to a bed with spring materas so that we could try and see if it worked. We were able to go home with our new materas on the day and even returned later in the week to purchase two temper pillows after her recommendations my wife being pregnant and having difficulty sleeping on our old materas has now had a whole week and a half of great sleep thank you Gina!!! I am the sort of person who needs a guiding hand. As soon as I entered the storeI was met with a welcoming smile by Gina who subsequently offered me a cup of tea. The tea was a welcomed treat especially as it was a miserable day outside weatherwise. Atta dealt with my order with a gracious humour and professionalism witch made my purchasing a breeze and not a chore. brilliant Staff!

The lady who helped us was obviously extremely knowledgeable, and she quickly determined what I wanted and found the perfect mattress to fit my needs.

Knowledgable and compassionate staff were able to guide me to the best mattress for me and talk me through everything step by step.

The assistant who helped me,Gina, was excellent.

We were greeted as soon as we came through the door by Gina, who also offered us tea/coffee. Asked my son if he wanted to sit and do some colouring in or come round with us. Gina explained all the different mattresses available and showed us how to test if it was the right mattress for us.

The staff in store were extremely friendly and helpful.
