WE ARE HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THAT YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT YOUR DEPOT RELATING TO US BECAUSE WE WENT THERE AS A FAMILY ON THAT DAY. THEY REALLY LOOK AFTER OUR CHILDREN JUST THE WAY THEY WERE TRAINED. THEY TOOK US AROUNG THE SHOP EXPLAINING DIFFERENT USAGE OF THE BEDS AND HOW WE CAN HAVE A NICE SLEEP WHERE WE ARE TOLD THAT WE SPENT MORE TIME ON BED IN OUR LIFE TIME. THEY ARE VERY GOOD IN REPRESENTING THE IMAGE OF DREAMS.

I was happy with the assistance I have received in store , Dreams colleague explained colour coding relating to mattress firmness and structure, she showed me different combinations available, also what was new in store , and let me know about various discounts.

The staff who attend to us is very good and she explained to us. She make us feel like she inderstand the pain I am going through. She is friendly and I will recomend her to people to go Dreams in New Cross.

Gina was really helpful from the moment we stepped into the store. She came up to us straight away and asked if we wanted a tea or coffee as we browsed and then explained the different comfort ratings for us before leaving us to test the beds. She was really knowledgeable and helped us decide between two different models. She also thoroughly explained the comfort exchange policy and we left the store happy and with a good understanding of everything.
