The staff were excellent, friendly, professonal. I visited the New Cross Gate store. They were so helpful with regards to the bed I wanted and tried to get it delivered to me asap. They explained all the terms and conditions clearly and succintly

Both Atta and his female colleague were extremely approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Atta was able to respond appropriately to my needs and made useful suggestions. His colleague who I dealt with for the purchase was efficient and thorough and I felt confident with my purchase. Very pleased and excited to receive my new bed!

Jade was an absolute gem. She was courteous and professional even though she was handling three customers at time. She gave us all the options we requested and was very clear and really helpful in choosing the right option for us. She also helped afterwards with a tricky question about removals. I will highly raccomend the shop tonall my friends because of her. Well done!
