The arrangement of the furniture was clear. Placing an order was very easy and product information was written by each product which made it helpful.

Gina had excellent product knowledge exercised a high level of patience as I was very indecisive and considering it was late on in the day and trading hours were close to finishing. With all these qualities I was able to make a informed decision that suited me needs. She explained thoroughly the individual specifications of each mattress and encouraged me to try them all to make sure I made the right choice.

The member of staff that assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. When placing the order she was very efficient and explained the receipt to me and was able to give me a date for the delivery of the item I purchased.

I was really pleased with the customer service approach. The staff was so helpful. She tryed every thing possible for us. At the end of it all we wear able to purchase our product without disappointment. However, I will highly recommend any of each to dreams.
