Dreams - New Cross

Upon entry I was approached by a member of staff offering to help, felt extremely welcomed and happy. I said I was just looking around and he explained where everything was to help me find what i was looking for. He then saw me pressing against the bed with my palms and insisted that I lay on them to really try them out and even offered a pillow. I got everything I needed and purchased one the very same day

Gina at the New Cross shop was great at helping me decide on a mattress. She gave me a lot of time to try out various options, explaining the differences of the mattresses in detail and I'm really satisfied with what I have bought.

I went to the store to check the pillows. Been helped by Gina which was GREAT! She knows everything about pillows and understood my needs. I took the day to think about it and when I came back to the shop she remembered me, remembered the pillow I choose and still helped me more. I end up buying different ones. She showed me everything I needed! She's a STAR!

The Dreams New Cross worker Gina approached us soon after we entered the store - this was to introduce herself and give us some basic information on the products available. We browsed for ten minutes then Gina caught our eye and we received some more detailed information on mattress options, and she helped us decide on a purchase. After we had decided on our mattress, she asked us to lie on the bed and checked some key points with us to help us feel sure of our decision. Very good service.

Gina and Jade in the New Cross store were wonderful. Great knowledge, very friendly and engaging with our small children so we could focus on the beds. The reason I will be returning to your store in the future is because of these two employees.

My husband and I was looking to find a good firm mattress and the assistant that help us her name is Jade. She gave us our own time and space to look when we first walked into the store instead of pouncing like most places do nowadays. Jade knew how to judge when time was appropriate to approach us. Jade was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and what suited our needs. She was also able to clarify and reassure me of some doubts I had about needing a certain amount of pocket springs to make sure a mattress is firm. Jade was very friendly and fun and helped us pick the perfect mattress. She was not at all pushy or trying to make us chose the the pricier mattresses, she listened to our needs and pointed out the most suitable. She actually helped us save money as I was leaning towards to pricier ones so I added 2 tempur pillows and the 8 year extended warranty. I am very happy with my purchase at dreams and especially happy with the level of customer service Jade has given. There was one other female colleague with Jade that day and she was also very nice and friendly and very willing to help. Very happy with the staff at new cross gate branch that day.
